Community Hub FAQ

You publish either a property (looking for buyers) or a client brief (looking for properties). Other brokers in the network see matching results and can contact you. You negotiate cooperation terms directly in chat and split the commission once the deal closes.

The default is 50/50, but any split is negotiable. The agreed share is recorded in the digital cooperation agreement that you both sign right inside the platform.

No. Profiles are anonymised: city, budget and key facts only, no names, no exact addresses. Contact details are released only after both sides confirm the match.

Before any match request, the system runs a hash comparison to check whether both brokers already have the same client in their systems. If there's a hit, a warning appears so no conflict arises. On the Premium tier the system additionally cross-checks live against the other broker's address book.

Beta launch is July 1, 2026 with brokers across DACH and Mallorca. We expect 200+ active brokers in the first 3 months. All founding members keep their 20% lifetime discount forever.
